Dil Ka Rishta service use karne se pehle, please yeh terms parh lein. Account create karke aap in terms ko accept karte hain.

1. Eligibility

Aap ko 18 saal ya zyada umar ka hona zaroori hai. Yeh ek matrimonial platform hai — sirf un users ke liye jo serious marriage / rishta dhoondh rahe hain.

2. Account Honesty

• Aap ko true information provide karni hogi.
• Fake profile, dosre ki photos, ya jhooti info — strictly prohibited.
• 1 CNIC = 1 profile. Multiple profiles allowed nahi.
• Married persons ko apni status correctly disclose karni hogi.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Aap is platform per yeh nahi kar sakte:

• Kisi se paise maangna ya bhejne ke liye kehna (zero tolerance for money fraud).
• Inappropriate, vulgar, ya offensive content post karna.
• Religious, ethnic, ya communal hatred phailana.
• Spam ya marketing messages bhejna.
• Kisi ki impersonation karna ya jhooti identity dena.
• Platform ko hack, scrape, ya unauthorized access karne ki koshish.
• Minors (under 18) se contact karna.

4. Verification

Hum CNIC aur Selfie verification offer karte hain. Verified users ko zyada features unlock hote hain (clear photos, contact details). Fake verification submit karne per account permanently ban ho ga.

5. Content Ownership

Aap ki profile ka content aap ka apna hai. Lekin aap hamein limited license dete hain ke hum is content ko platform per display karein verified members ko.

6. Privacy

Hamari Privacy Policy read karein.

7. Report & Block

Agar koi user inappropriate behave kare, aap Report aur Block buttons use kar sakte hain. Hamari team 24-48 hours mein review karti hai.

8. Account Termination

Hum following situations mein account suspend/delete kar sakte hain bina notice ke:

• Terms ka violation
• Fake / fraudulent activity
• Multiple reports against the account
• Underage user detect hone per

9. No Guarantee

Hum kisi rishta ya match ki guarantee nahi dete. Hum sirf platform provide karte hain — final decision aap aur aap ki family ka hai.

10. Safety

Pehli mulaqat hamesha public place per aur family ke saath karein. Apni personal/financial info casually share na karein. Hamari Safety Tips follow karein.

11. Limitation of Liability

Dil Ka Rishta is responsible nahi for any harm, financial loss, ya disputes arising from interactions between users. Use this platform at your own discretion.

12. Disputes

Pakistan ke laws apply honge. Disputes Lahore courts mein settle honge.
